Inner Wins
This section is not about wins in arguments, chess, business, or other external accomplishments, but rather internal wins.
There are three compelling reasons to pursue internal wins:
- Self-improvement through internal wins can lead to success in all areas of life, including work, family, and personal growth.
- Sharing our internal wins with our loved ones allows them to know us better and follow our example.
- Motivating others to achieve internal wins can make the world a better place.
Internal wins are not limited to physical activities but include any action that requires daily routine, such as overcoming envy, anger, or other negative emotions. Even a farmer who consistently sows and reaps the harvest every day achieves internal wins. A person's win can be as simple as adhering to a strict diet or going to bed at the same time every night.
There is no universal definition of what constitutes a win. For one person, waking up at 6 am may be a routine for many years, while for another, it may be a significant challenge. Defining our internal wins and pursuing them with dedication is the key to unlocking our unique abilities.
