Activities

Our activities represent our achievements that are directed towards our own growth as well as that of those around us.

When we do exercises for the mind and will, we begin to develop some self-discipline, self-control, and grit. All these qualities are the direct and shortest path to obtaining various material benefits and statuses.

We have divided all activities into four areas:

  • Self-development
  • Self-expression
  • Mental health
  • Physical health

Examples

Self-development - eading books, education courses, learning new skills, technologies, practices, and so on.

Self-expression - poetry, drawing, needlework, projects, work (if what you do brings you happiness and joy), publishing, baking bread, and so on.

Mental health - meditation, breathing practices, mindfulness training, scripture reading, helping others, showing love, and more.

Physical Health - healthy eating, yoga, qigong, football, basketball, ice hockey, running, walking, etc.

Incorporating at least one actionable item in each of the four areas per year can transform your life significantly, propelling you towards new heights and fulfilling your deepest aspirations.

The greater the number of mental and volitional exercises, the more abundant the material wealth.
